I know I know….

It’s been ages since I blogged. I apologize… I’ve been extremely busy right from my winter exams till now. I’ll try to cramp in everything I can into this post. Just hope I won’t miss out any essential details.

So I was away the whole time during my exams. I stayed over at my girlfriends’ place burning the midnight oil… working extremely hard. I could say this is one exam I really put my whole heart into… all thanks to God I did extremely well. It’s only 3 papers but it was indeed one of the most stressful exams I had in my 4 years of tertiary studies. Maybe I had too high hopes on myself, thus putting great pressure on me. Anyhow all went well… and I am glad.

So right after exams, I flew to California! It was wonderful… I had a great time chilling and relaxing. Did lots of shopping, ate great food… oh I even went to Lake Tahoe for a ski trip. Stayed in this really cozy cabin which is so beautiful with wood décor and a hot tub. Initially, I was suppose to be there for 2 weeks plus but due to unforeseen circumstances my flight was delayed (snow blizzard in New York) and I get to stayed for a few more day! Hehe… so that makes 3 weeks altogether.

I flew back home to Volgograd safely. Missed one week of class… which got me a lil worried. But luckily I managed to cover back all those lost time. Been extremely busy since. Classes are extremely hectic.. and I made a commitment not to skip any lectures. Okay .. okay… confession… I’ve been missing a lot of lectures last semester! But hey look at me now… all changed! For the better… hehe

SO what have I been up to off late? I’ve been spending a lot of time in church office… in fact that seems to be my 2^nd home now. Working till wee hours on newsletter for international students. It’s part of out youth ministry ( Jesus Embassy’s). First edition is published today! Anyone who wants a copy of my 1^st hard work on this newsletter… just buzz me I’ll send you one! :D

Oh and one more thing keeping me busy is that we are forming a band. So I have weekly band practice… pray for us!

Ahh.. so I’ve cramped everything in there… will try to blog soon again…

Christmas 2005

The greatest story eva told…

That was the theme of xmas bash held in church office last Saturday night

It was the best Christmas of all the 4 years I have been here

It was great fellowship between brothers and sisters-in-Christ

Performances were awesome!

Food was superb…

In short I had fun!.

Season I adore the most…

I’ve always love Christmas… ever since I was a lil girl I’ve always dream of a white Christmas,
Christmas with brightly lit and beautifully decorated Christmas tree, lovely tunes of Christmas carol playing in the air,
presents under Christmas tree and lots of fun…

 
but as I grew up.. came to know the Lord
then my perception of Christmas changed..
it brought a whole new meaning to this season..
it is still my favourite seasonal holidays..

but…

with a different meaning to it…

Christmas ain’t always white

It is not about the presents..

It is not about the tree

It is the day our lord and savior is born
day to rejoice
its a time of togetherness...
most of us today forgot the real meaning of christmas...

Christmas is just a week to go from now...
i am so excited!

all i really want for christmas this year is...
my dearest...

Awesome weekend…

It’s great to let my hair down sometimes…

This semester has been awfully depressing, boring, dull… name all the
negative thing its all bout this semester
oh  well... so  the girls thought some girl's nite out will be fun
from fri-sun its all bout partying!
wooh ooo... still feeling flat!
there was lotsa dancing, partying, drinking...
we were hitting all the happening clubs
well i didnt take any pictures because 'leceh-la' wanna carry camera all!

so anyway there's nothing much to update besides that...
there are several items i am eyeing to get...
think they look great.. comments anyone?

so yeah... make that my christmas wish list..
any kind souls out there?

oh yeah just wanna wish all SPM-ers all the best in their exams!
and friends in OZ who are having exams... dun stress too much!
